Lindsay Lohan is rumoured to be having a lesbian affair.

The Mean Girls star - who is currently in Japan for a fashion shoot - is said to be more than just friends with DJ Samantha Ronson, who has accompanied her on her trip.

Former publicist Jonathan Jaxson wrote in his blog at jonathanjaxson.blogspot.com: "Lindsay actually has always been quite open. Maybe she was tired of the boys and that is why she decided to spice it up with BFF (best friend forever) Samantha Ronson.

Samantha Ronson is a popular party DJ/rock singer. Her step-father is musician Mick Jones of the rock band Foreigner and her mother is Ann Dexter-Jones. Her twin sister is fashion designer Charlotte Ronson and her older brother is legendary NYC DJ and producer Mark Ronson. Samantha and Mark are both very good friends with DJ AM and Samantha is close friends with Lindsay Lohan.

She was formerly signed to hip hop label Roc-A-Fella Records and she released three songs: "Pull My Hair Out", "Fool", and "Built This Way" which were featured in the movie Mean Girls.
